How This All Started
with SCALE Logistics
SCALE Logistics is where this faith driven entrepreneurship journey truly began. What started as a vision to create a company rooted in excellence, integrity, and service became a living testimony of God’s faithfulness and provision. From the beginning, Shay and Demetrius built SCALE Logistics with a deep commitment to serve clients at the highest level while keeping God at the center of every decision.

Specializing in high-value, critical shipments, SCALE Logistics proudly serves some of the largest MRO and aviation companies in the world, as well as major distributor and government contractors.

SCALE was built during some of the most challenging seasons, including navigating the uncertainties of COVID-19 and global supply chain disruptions. During times when it would have been easier to walk away, Shay and Demetrius chose to lean into faith. In fact, it was in one of the most difficult seasons that they wrote the Business Built By Faith devotional. It became both a guide and a reminder that faith is not just part of the journey, it is the foundation.

As the COO and Co-Founder of SCALE Logistics, Demetrius brings over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, offering practical insight, operational excellence, and a focus on relationship-building that has set him apart. His leadership has been instrumental in scaling the company to serve some of the largest MRO and aviation companies in the world, as well as major manufacturing and government sectors.

His extensive coaching experience, paired with his credentials as an ICF accredited coach, allows him to guide business owners and aspiring leaders to overcome obstacles, develop strong leadership skills, and align fully with their God-given vision.

Shay Lynn Dixon
Shay Lynn Dixon is a dynamic entrepreneur, consultant, and speaker who has turned her powerful story into a mission to help others rise. Her journey began in the foster care system, where instability and uncertainty could have defined her future. But God had other plans. Through unwavering faith and bold obedience, Shay transformed her life and became a trailblazing business leader.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of SCALE Logistics, she leads a premier 3rd party logistics company. Alongside her leadership in logistics, Shay has almost a decade of experience in consulting, where she has helped more than 100 small business owners develop and execute winning strategies across sales, marketing, and operations.

A sought-after speaker, Shay has shared her story and expertise on major stages, podcasts, and media platforms, inspiring thousands to step into their God-given assignments with courage and clarity. She has also been featured in numerous interviews where she empowers audiences to overcome fear, embrace their vision, and lead boldly.

Shay is a proud graduate of the Cornell University Women in Business program, where she further honed her leadership and strategic skills. Her passion lies in empowering others to conquer fear, embrace their calling, and build businesses that reflect Kingdom values. She believes that faith without movement is just intention and lives out her calling by inspiring others to put their faith in motion every single day.
